5.5.1.9 Emergency facilities such as water sprinklers and eye washers should be set up nearby where highly toxic materials are working.

General principles for setting up eye washers:

The eye wash is installed in the dangerous chemical area, and the user can reach the eye wash in a straight line for no more than 10 seconds.
Eye wash to rescue range: 15 meters.
Eye wash can not be installed across layers.
There is no electrical switch around the eye wash to prevent accidents.
The eye wash outlet must be connected to the sewer or waste water treatment tank.
