1. Eyewash installation requirements
The water flow is greater than 1.5L/MIN, and the duration exceeds 15 minutes;
Must be opened automatically when in use, without the need for the user to open by hand;
Both eyes can be flushed at the same time;
Normal saline or clean water should be used.

2. Place and location of eyewash
(1) In the production or use area of general toxic and corrosive chemicals, one station shall be set at 20-30m.
(2) In areas where highly toxic, highly corrosive chemicals and acids and alkalis are used with a temperature higher than 70°C, the installation location should be 3-6m away from the accident, but not less than 3m, and should be arranged in the direction of avoiding chemicals .
(3) In the chemical analysis laboratory, if frequently used toxic and corrosive reagents are used, a safety shower and eyewash should be installed.
(4) A safety shower and eyewash should be installed near the battery charging room.
(5) Multi-storey factory buildings can generally be arranged on unobstructed passages, usually on the same axis or exit.
